Greens fees for the private 27 hole course, and use of the all the tennis, and other facilities included too. ( if you use the amenities there is great value)

IF you are looking for a great value in a new home in the Sarasota and Bradenton Area then this is one to consider. The builder is down to their last 6 homes so they are dealing pretty hard. This is the time to get a great bargain.
